tokyo again

I went to Odaiba, this island off of Tokyo, where there was a Toyota car show, and I also went to Ebisu where the Sapporo beer museum was. Both places were very fun, and I went to each place with someone different.
The cars at the car show were a little boring since there were few concept cars, but I got to sit in them and get my picture taken...
I was surprised at how many toddlers the parents brought along.
As for the beer museum (also very surprised at the many children the parents brought along), we got to taste 4 different types of beer for really cheap, and I got lots of beer jelly. I want to share them with you, they're really tasty, but I hope they don't go bad before then.

Also, these past few days at work, this girl from Detroit is here in Japan, she's a postdoc, and I don't know how I feel about her. She seems nice, but I can see how she can become annoying if I'm with her for too long. She'll be gone by Tuesday though, then I won't know who I can rant to in English during work. I'm also finally not that scared of my boss anymore (different person from my supervisor, who's a really easygoing person). He just asks a lot of questions about my project that I don't know the answer to, but he's a pretty interesting old man overall.
I also really want to make everyone jealous by posting up pictures of some of the food I've had here, but I don't think I'm that mean (but mostly because I'm lazy).
