baseball

Today, I went to the baseball field by the dorm after work, and coincidentally, the Toyota powertrain group were having a baseball tournament, so I sat down to watch even though I didn't really know anyone there. But then, the head coach somehow put me in the batting line-up, and so I batted for their team in the middle of the tournament. I felt so bad because I've never played baseball before, so of course I couldn't hit anything, but it was still very fun. And I was very touched that everyone was very accepting of my horrible batting skills (even though it was kind of embarrassing) and let me bat anyway. I kind of wish more people in my battery group were into sports, so I could play more sports while I'm here (and lower my rising BMI).
Sorry, no pictures. Their pitchers were really good though! Well, maybe to me, even mediocre is good, but the balls they pitched went super super fast!
I miss my friends...wish you all could come here and play sports with me!
